But you don’t know where to begin. Here is your chance: It all begins with the breath! Learn yogic forms of breathing, practice the foundation of yoga postures (asanas) and how to adapt them to your own abilities and needs. Develop body awareness and proper alignment of poses. Build strength and flexibility and learn how to sequence breath and movements together.
