What is Ayurveda and how it can help me create a more balanced and healthy life? Ayurveda is a traditional medicinal system from ancient India and has been healing through natural herbs and lifestyle changes for over 5000 years. Ayurveda is also known as the sister science of yoga. Ayur-veda in other words the science of life, the knowledge of life encourages you to take a deeper look at your habits and lifestyle.

We will examine simple remedies that will help promote calmness and ease from stress especially during the fall season. The change of a season is not just a change on the calendar or in the weather it is an energetic change which has a tremendous effect on our bodies and our wellbeing. The weather in fall becomes more cool and dry and thus awakens a restless mind, anxiety and worry. How do we balance this change in the season? Learn how what you eat and what you cannot digest may have a tremendous impact. Learn how Ayurveda emphasizes prevention of disease, rejuvenation of our body systems and extension of life span. Take a simple test and learn about your dosha, your constitution and how its imbalance may be contributing to the cause of disease and discomfort.

I look forward to a joyous exploration into a new transformative lifestyle.

Love,

Natalie
